Specialist Occupational Therapist and Coach

(HCPC-registered: OT75911) & Coach (ILM 5)
Post-diagnostic support · Burnout · Workplace strategy coaching

I am an AuDHD Occupational Therapist who uses a coaching approach. My work blends clinical expertise, lived experience and a deep respect for the natural rhythms and needs of the nervous system.
I support autistic, ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent adults to understand their identity, reconnect with their strengths and shape environments and routines that genuinely work for them. I have a particular interest in the Autistic–ADHD intersection, post-diagnostic support, masking, burnout and the long-term impact of environments that don’t honour neurodivergent ways of being.

I also offer workplace strategy coaching, including for those funded through Access to Work. This involves exploring the interface between neurodivergent and professional identities, identifying reasonable adjustments, developing executive functioning strategies, supporting people to advocate for their needs and engage in collaborative conversations with managers.
Before moving into independent practice, I have worked since 2017 within NHS mental health teams, supporting people with a wide range of needs including autistic and ADHD individuals navigating distress, anxiety, depression, trauma, altered states, grief and changes in how they manage their roles and routines. This work has given me a solid clinical understanding of risk management, safeguarding and how multiple experiences often overlap. For example, managing chronic physical conditions alongside mental health, sensory or executive functioning challenges.

Alongside this, I have 20 years of experience in social enterprise, creating and working with community organisations supporting adults with diverse neurodivergent and mental health needs. I am passionate about community collaboration and the power of values-led, collective spaces to support meaningful change.

My approach is collaborative, paced and reflective. I support people to work with their nervous system rather than push against it and to build sustainable ways of living that honour energy, capacity and shifting needs. I draw on occupational therapy, structured coaching (ILM Level 5), sensory-informed knowledge and trauma-aware practice.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: people thrive where they are understood, supported, and allowed to be fully themselves.
